Impressions

In 1998, I received a Saskatchewan Arts Board C Grant to produce a portfolio suite of prints capturing an abandoned farm structure soon to be demolished. I chose to drastically reduce the size I typically worked in to point toward the intimacy of documenting one individual site. Moving through the rooms, I focused on images that monumentalized the small instances of the vernacular landscape. The resulting portfolio set consists of ten prints in a box set that can be viewed by manually leafing through the prints or as individually framed pieces in an exhibit.
