Constructed in 1876, Old Main at UC Boulder—where the portfolio premiered—is the first structure built in Boulder. It was from this seminal structure that the Boulder region grew from the wild plains to a magnificent center known for convergence of ecology and culture. Heart Path maps individual artists’ stories and gives voice to issues meaningful to each, grand or small, regarding the mapping of land and soul and our connections to our environments. As a tool, printmaking transcribes the artists’ pathway in collaborative storytelling to address our connectivity to one another despite the wilds between us.
